Marti you asked so I will say In your shoes I would talk to the council and tell them that the relationship has broken down and she can no longer stay there, they will look at getting her into accommodation You cannot and should not live like that anymore, your girls are at an impressionable age and if they see her disrespecting you in the next few years they will to when hormones kick in, this is your time to make a stand and show them that that behaviour is not acceptable and will not be tolerated Just because she is your mum that does not give her a licence to be a bitch to you and your family that is just not fair! You gave it your best shot no one can say you didn't but now is your time to think of yourself, Chris and the girls living like that is not good for any of you it's toxic Ask your siblings if they are prepared to take her on if the answer is no then make steps to rehome her, your council is your best bet to start with and to advise you Good luck hun xxx

Jen the relationship with your mum is going a bit south because you quit and she feels bad for herself, your relationship will get back as it was when she accepts the new YOU and she will this is just a time of adjustment, all those years, it takes a little patience on everyone's part, Jen hold on all will be well xx

Unfortunately yesterday I got a call to say my sister, the mother of the niece I was guardian to had taken an overdose and was in icu Was touch and go for a while and they had to put her on a ventilator etc but thankfully she pulled through the worst of it physically and she regained consciousness at 11pm and was breathing on her own last night but she was still out of it :( Her journey now is to start recovery mentally I'm praying for strength for her If I'm awol that's why Nope and kyq no matter what! Xx
