  2. Eight weeks ago tonight I inhaled my last breaths of nicotine. I'm feeling unwavering in my resolve to stay quit. I have enough problems in my life as it is, I don't need the burden of being a junkie on top of everything else.

  4. Congratulations @Pilgrim, you are doing so great!! Just remember, take one day at a time, that's really all you can do, but it will certainly pay off!! I have taken over for Jill in the Celebrations threads, so since you will be 2 months quit on the 31st, be on the lookout for a little celebration!!

  11. I am just learning this terrible news. I met Jillar on the OG Quitnet site, and I've always been so inspired by and grateful for her contributions to that place, QSMB, and Quittrain. I extend my deepest condolences to her family and friends, Christian99

  12. Oh, what devastating news. Jillar was a integral contributor to the QTrain and will be sorely missed. I will think of her out there having laughs in the universe and still helping quitters here with her posts.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
