My fb timeline reminded me!

Featured Replies

4 years smoke free.

I would have forgotten....but my Facebook timeline reminded me.

I would have forgotten because a long time ago I quit thinking “I’m quitting smoking” and simply transitioned into a non-smoker.

My new grandson was my motivation; I didn’t want to be ‘stinky grandma’. When my motivation would feel shaky, so many folks here provided me with reminders.

I will be eternally grateful

Congrats on having 4 :89_clap:  and Congrats on avoiding the lifelong tag of Stinky Grandma :)    Not to mention being around to watch them grow.  Enjoy your anniversary day!

Well done lad, 4 years is very respectable. Kee at it lad.

That's great Julie!

congrats on your freedom....and smelling good for your grandson.. :1_grinning:

FB likes to remind people of everything.

Of course as dumb as it is, I am surprised it has not sent ads for cessation products like gum or patches. Things that a long-time quitter has NO need for.

What’s up hot stuff? Snow ? Eh?

hows my brother?

four.... great.   Glad you remember to check in. What reward do you got planned? Day at the spa to shave off the winter coat? Big dinner? New snow ??  Congrats, miss seeing you

This is amazing.  Thank you for coming back to remind us newbies that it is possible.  Your grandchild is so lucky to have you (sans stinky smoke.)

Incredible. Congratulations!

What you measured in weeks, days, hours you now measure in years and only if something reminds you to.  The grandma that smells of cookies, good job!

I heard it was cheese...

Bakon, I seriously think of you often!

Your attitude is one I’m working hard to cultivate.

I called one of my grown kids a window-licker the other day.

They weren’t amused.

I was ???‍♀️

Your brother is taking me to Jamaica in 3 weeks.

He bought earplugs and claimed they were for the plane.

I don’t buy it.
