Hola Folks,

I am grateful  to be back.

Long story short.....   life happened

....bought a pack in January.... got rid of it today.

Yay!    Wanted to get going with what works for me.

Will be close to the board ... because that works.

Have new computer and hopefully reliable internet connection.    Have missed being on the train.   Glad to be seated again.   More soon.

Welcome back on the train Kendra. Glad to see you again.

Again, thanks for all the warm welcomes back.

So far so good.

Nice to meet you Karen Lou.

Tracey the check is in the mail.

I live out in the wild wonderful woods of West Virginia. Yesterday I trekked into town, including the gas station, and barely thought about smoking and never urged toward a pack.   ever so grateful.

looking forward to beginning a new job soonish...as soon as my clearances clear.

Yes, I have  cleared the environments of those pesky items.

As par for my previous standard course ... it is my feelings that I try to cope with via smoking.    Ahh, yes the lies I've clouded my Self with.

New course charted and sailing along..... much chop in places, hopefully with more true vision and hope.  All my feelings are here for a reason.... noticing what they are alerting me to and addressing those concerns directly.
