July 30, 201511 yr As days go - that sounds crap TEW. Sorry. You will have an opportunity to put your side, which you should do calmly and objectively. Where you feel you maybe got overheated, say as much. When talking about the incident, stick to the incident. When asked more general questions, by all means expand on your perception of the LPN's behaviour - but do so calmly and objectively. Meditate some more. If your place of work cannot recognise the importance of every part of the team - its the wrong place of work. Be calm. Be reasonable. Be honest. Now - on the smoking. Fantastic work! Well done you.
July 30, 201511 yr HUgs hope everything will be okay not sure what happened but I am sure you will handle it well.

He's a bit good at that :) TEW, seperate to whatever you posted, don't forget to go gentle on yourself sometimes. We all screw up stuff from time to time, no big deal, everyone is well and everything else can be fixed. This too shall pass my friend, great motto that helped me manage my emotional nature better after I quit. May be some use to you. x

August 6, 201511 yr Happy to hear you still have your job. And yes, finding new ways of coping is a must do for all of us; sometimes we need those trial and errors to get us squared up. Good. Carry on.
