The boat is about to sail...

Featured Replies

Tickets are purchased, and flights booked...On sat. me and the missus will be on our way to Florida to catch a boat to the Bahamas for a few days... :)

We will be gone about 8 days,

unfortunately, my back is still giving me fits and I go in tomorrow to start epidural injections..They will be able to give me one before I leave and continue when I get back..they said I may get some relief from the one, so hopefully it works....if not, I guess I will just have to sit in my beach chair and have someone keep bringing me drinks...( thats my version of pain management...lol)

Anyhow...I wont be on too much..or at all for awhile...I may check in with my phone from time to time before we sail, but for the most part...I will either be packing , flying, or sailing...so, I my phone will be off most of the time and I will be enjoying the quiet  ;)  (and my wife of course  :P )

Have a great time. The Bahamas are beautiful. Sorry to hear about your back. I hope the epi works for you.

Take plenty of pics and drink some for us, just don't fall off the boat ;)

Ah you lucky duck, sounds like heaven, have an amazing time, want to see lots of pics when you get back,

Please god the injection does the trick, what way does it work though cos when I had an epidural when I had my first child I was totally numb, is there different strengths or something ??

Have a wonderful time...hope the back is okay!!

I took a boat trip to the bahamas for my honeymoon... best week of my life.

Counting colourful fish and floating in pristine blue Bahama water...ahhhh!

Floating will be so comforting and healing for soul and vertebrae.

Is our pal, Joe,  luxuriating as we speak ?

Why yes, I venture to say...

with Cocktails divine !  In perfect weather !

Look at those wispy Clouds  like angel hair,  wafting by

and imagine embryonic-ly  warm Water to sluice away all care and discomfort.

Write when you can, Mister Joe.

and think of us just a little, won't you ?

Love,

S

Oh !

Photographs please !

Dear Joe,

We have missed you.

A little bird on my shoulder this morning, whistled,

"Look for Joe and Missus Joe

returning from their idyll

all tanned, relaxed and refreshed this weekend."

We anxiously await the Polaroids,

Love,

S
