Hello, my name is Lynn.  I smoked for 30 years and attempted to quit many times. I am in my final, sticky quit this time and feel great.  I have made many healthy changes in my life since my quit and plan to continuing this healthy lifestyle.  Thanks for the invite and I am glad that this board has been started.  It is nice to join a board and see so many familiar names on it.
