Thank you all so much! The time you all spend here is so important. I appreciate your commitment. Quitting smoking is the best thing you can do for yourself. I feel so much better and happier than I have in so long. For those of you just starting out, it really is worth it. You can do it! Hang in there. I have made a several good friends that I will remember forever. They really made a huge difference in my quit. A special thanks goes out to you. This board is a special place, that really works. I wish I had more time in the day to be here, but life happens. I do have more energy now for it to happen though, so that is a good thing. One Year WOW!! :)

I am so sorry I am late for your one year anniversary, but I was thinking of you. Congratulations my friend. I am so happy for you Colleen. You have been so strong throughout this entire year. You have helped so many with your encouragement, humor and enthusiasm. Thank you for all the support you have given me on and off the board. I am sorry that I am not here everyday anymore to congratulate everyone on their individual milestones, but they are so important. Congratulations my friend. 10 months is fabulous. You have almost made it to the one year mark. That is incredible. There have been many bumps in the road of life, however you went over those bumps like a champ. I am so proud of you. You are a great person and I am glad that I have had a chance to get to know you. I wanted to let you all know how important all of you have been in my quit. I have learned so much from this board and the other board and I am so grateful. There have been so many people that have been especially helpful in my quit, too many to mention. I want to send out a special thank you to John (JWG), he will never be forgotten. I am sending this out now because I feel that I am ready to leave the board. I have not participated much lately, for that I am sorry. It seems that life is keeping me so busy. I guess that is a good thing. New challenges and new goals! I am much healthier now and able to do so much more than before. I hope everyone has success with there goals and thank you for all the support, guidance and motivation. I will probably be checking back from time to time, hoping to see those big milestones from everyone. Lynn
