September 12, 20215 yr In light of recent events I'd like to clarify our roles as moderators. We are members first and foremost. Its.not always easy to determine if or when a thread should be moved and/or locked and we take the time to deliberate with each other whenever possible. Meaning, if Doreen in the U.K. Isn't on its up to me to use my judgement and vise versus. We don't like to have to do it but with almost 4000 members its bound to happen from time to time. Secondly, we don't play favorites. If replies are going more toward what another member posted on it instead of to the op then its a red flag that we need to get back on point. If the thread continues down the wrong path or becomes aggressive its time to move it. I'd also like to remind everyone to please read your posts back before hitting submit. If it sounds offensive to you its going to sound offensive to everyone. I can't tell you how many posts I've made and deleted because of that. I hope this brings some clarity to you all. September 12, 20215 yr Thank you Jillar.... Please remember there is no training involved .... We were just members here too at one stage ...we made friends .... I hate the word clique..... We do not take sides ....we try to be fair with every member who comes here ... There is no room for bullying here....and we pride ourselves for making this forum a safe and welcoming place for all the members ... Lastly, we will not tolerate slandering anyone on the open forum. Stuff like that belongs in messenger if at all. I hope this brings some clarity to you all. You both go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, which can sometimes be that something extra a new quitter needs to hang on for another day.
September 13, 20215 yr It’s a tough job, but I suppose someone has to do it. I’m glad It’s not ME! I can barely police myself! Besides, if I were a Mod, I’d be slapping some of the members upside of their heads for being jerks. So thank you ladies, for taking on the responsibility.

For the record: I've never bullied anyone here...except Bakon. We can all agree that he had it coming. I have derailed a few threads with boner jokes and general shenanigans. I came for the support. I stayed for the shits and giggles. Seriously though, tip of the hat to the moderators. Between the occasional dust-ups and the "FREE MILF PORN" posts that used to pop up from time-to-time, you ladies are ever vigilant.
September 14, 20215 yr I also give my thanks to the Moderators here...this is a safe place to vent frustration when you first quit.....ask for help when you need it.....and to laugh like crazy at some of the posts that go back and forth between members...it's all good!! 😷😊
