I made the pledge at 6:00 am this morning. Brisbane is 2 hours west of the international date line so...technically Sunday 6th June was 8 hours old already when I made my pledge..... June is the first month of winter here in the Southern Hemisphere. But Brisbane is in the sub tropics so we had a chilly 9c (50 f) this morning and it will get up to 21c ( 70f) later today.
