Good for you Steven!  Every successful quit starts with a first day.  Now, if you can do one day, you can do two days, and on and on...

It has been a little shaky, but I didn't have a smoke. That is a huge accomplishment for me.

This is a HUGE accomplishment for ALL of us, Steven.

Congratulations on quitting smoking.

You Don't Smoke Anymore.

That first day smoke free is a huge accomplishment for every quitter.

Keep up the great work!  :)

And those days can continue to add up.  Just keep going forward and don't look back.  I promise your life will change in so many wonderful ways - not just beside quitting!

Big step Steven and keep on the track and the days will pass and you won`t think about it as much. Hang in there and best wishes.

Great job, keep up the great work😀😀

Hang in there Steven! It's not easy in the early days - we get that!

But, it's so worth while and it WILL get easier the longer you go not smoking.

It's that way for all of us :)
