Glad you are fine, Jack.  Busy is the best, distractions keep you away from nicotine.

You have 10 fine days.  Congratulations.

This is a really big deal and we are all really glad you are building a successful quit.

Just checking in...

two rounds of snow ?

good afternoon.....yup. 2 rounds. not much yesterday....maybe 3 or 4 inches....quite a bit more today. still coming down. we need it for business. sure does help...hahaha....i'll be a busy boy at work tomorrow for sure.

I used to go sno-mowing in Quebec every Feb. for a week and I remember well how important the snow conditions were to all the hotels, bars and eateries in that area. I'm sure it's the same where you are. Being busy is great for keeping your mind occupied and off thinking about smoking. Glad you're still doing well Jack :)

Looks like you are 19 days into your quit, Jack.

Congratulations.

Remember you are smarter than any damn crave.

Stronger too !

about 18 inches of snow fell here and it's still coming down a little......really is beautiful, although it's quite a mess.

Boy Jack, I was complaining about our six inches.  With wind and cold it has been a mess.  I really think you must be crazy to retire somewhere where it is so

cold.

hahaha......alot of people say that. the winter can be a little rough at times, but the other 3 seasons are so worth it. so 3 out of 4 is a pretty good deal to my thinking.

The Key there Is Retired !
