Well done and welcome to the 75%er club. You are now officially 3/4 of the way to your first year smoke free. Make sure you do something to reward yourself for this new milestone. I would be great if you could pop in and let us know how you celebrated.

    I also forgot to say I am nrt free for several weeks now. Quit is still going well.

    That is fantastic Kelly, I bet it feels fantastic and was a lot easier to achieve than you thought. You should be so proud of being both smoke and NRT free.
