  1. Thank you all for the well wishes. A big thank you to @notsmokinjo, you have been a great supporter and I appreciate it very much.:)
  2. @notsmokinjo Thank you so much for the encouragement. It is truly appreciated! Just to let you know still off the gum . It gave me quite a time. LOL. I didn't really celebrate. I am usually busy with work and family.
  3. Thank you all for the kind words. One day at a time. :) :) :0
  4. I also forgot to say I am nrt free for several weeks now. Quit is still going well.
  5. I forgot all about it. :) Thank you all for cheering me on. It does a heart good. :)
  6. Thank you to all. I am getting there one day at a time. :) @notsmokinjoDoing well getting off NRT, 2 a day. The boards not so much.
  7. The insomnia lasted about a month for me. I sleep better now than before I quit. Keep going and remember it gets easier as you go .
  8. Thanks again people. I decided I am just going to use up what I have left and be done with it. I feel pretty good about this choice.
  9. Thank you to all. I am not good with computers and this format is unfamiliar to me. I used only gum. The thing that bugs me is I was off for two months. Then for no reason I could figure out ,I was having a rough time keeping my quit. I figured The gum was better than the smokes. I am 7 months without a puff. I just do not want to be hooked on anything. SIGH!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
