Well done on your fantastic quit. Its great to see you in posting NOPEs when you get a chance... one month is a nice start and the worst of it is over. You need to keep up your great work you have put in so far and keep your quit strong. We know you can do this. So rewards are big, especially early in the quit, so make sure you do something awesome to spoil yourself today and reward all the work you have done.
