  2. Yes I did it but I think if I didn't have the support of everyone here, I might have caved in and smoked. I'm glad it all worked out well!

  4. Next time you have any type of issues, please come on here because I really think we can help you from lighting up. This is my 2nd time that I quit but the last time. When I quit before it was for 6 years and I caved in because my husband had to have a heart procedure and I was extremely nervous. Thankfully everything went well but smoking isn't what made everything ok. As you know, smoking doesn't help anything. I know you can do this Gene, you really can!! If I can quit, anyone can. I know you can do it!!

I'm so glad I found this site, because I honestly don't think I could have quit cold turkey without all of you supporting me! I am so glad to have all of you! Thank you so much!!

  11. Thank you so much Doreen and Gene! The two years really did go fast, although not so much in the very beginning...LOL!! I can still remember those early days and how hard they were but with the support that I got from all of you on this site, it helped me so much. I know that if I can quit, anyone can. I was so addicted, constantly looking to have the next cigarette. Thank you again!
