  12. Hi Lola! Welcome to Quit Train. So glad you decided to quit smoking. You made the right decision for yourself and your health! I am very glad that it's much easier than you thought. You came to the right place for support. I am very glad you have found our site, and you will find a ton of support here, from member advice to so much information on the dangers of smoking, and how to quit successfully. Quitting smoking is a journey that we all know is not an easy one, but it's definitely doable and so worth it in the end. We have quitters here from newbies, such as yourself, all the way up to 20+ years and everything in between. My best advice for you in the beginning is to come on this site every day, if you can, and do the daily Nope pledge because it will keep you focused. If you ever find yourself where you feel you are going to give in and smoke, there is an SOS section. Since our members are from all over the world, there is usually someone around most of the time. To help you get your mind off of smoking there is a Games section too. The most popular game is Chicks and Sticks, go and check it out, it's a load of fun! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I look forward to seeing you here again soon! Good luck!😃
  13. Last week I went to a concert here in the NYC area...the band was called Almost Queen! They were really good! The beginning act was Elton John and Billy Joel tribute singers. I hope this works!! Ohh...sorry, some of the video is sideways...I had a bit of a problem with the phone. QPHM6234.mp4

  17. So very sorry for your loss, and I am very glad that you quit when you did! Definitely moving and motivating! Smoking does so much damage in so many ways! I honestly don't think I could have quit without everyone's help on here. I am so grateful for all the support I have gotten the last couple of years.
  18. Congratulations again @Cbdave
