  4. I need some input. I wrote it down in my blog and I'd appreciate it if people would reply below. When addiction rules in + OCD PART 1 There will be a part 2 when I cleared out how to handle cravings without the usual OCD behaviour. Really looking forward to some wise words.
  5. Well i discovered that the hormones are an issue too I'm off the pill too going back is not an option. I'm using 'evening primrose' to get my hormones back on track and if over two weeks I'm still so anxious, which I doubt. I will speak to my pdoc about it. Going on antidepressivants is not an option as it back-fires with me. Besides I'm not depressed only very crying sand some scared but I REALLY thing it's a hormonal thing. Going of the valerian will take me a few weeks.
  6. I saw you you seem to be forgotten, not by me!!!!
  7. I'm doing fine :) you fine sis?
  8. You got it, congratulations!
  9. I suspect my crying has a hormonal facet because when I take a herbal for a regular cyclus with vit B and omega3 I stabalise
  10. it's a natural sedative. Gives me some withdrawals too and I take it slowly by taking off a half a day now. But I can't concentrate and I know it's just withdrawals of that stupid calming natural pill. I feel happier without it but also more anxious. Double to say the least GRRRRR feels like withdrawals of nicotine a bit. I screwed myself by taking them 4 times a day - hard to come off. + it's addictive too bloody stuff, wish I never took it
  11. Well done job, and keep going this way!!!!
  12. Thanks :)
  13. Good job, you got it and you're gonna make it stick!!! Congratulations, the worst is over!

I see this "6 months quits or one year" and I'm amazed and it really is an example for me to cling on my quit So many, the majority of the forums have been quit for a longer time and are still here helping newbies that makes me feel humble... And more committed to my quit. Next saterday I will stop the patches and that is when I relapse, in the past it is then when I have to believe I do not need nicotine. Hard when you've been using patches up and on for 7 years I just want to say how proud I am of all of you and greatfull for being here surrounded by loving and caring friends. You guys are my example
  18. Dude you rock, you are an example to me and helped me numerology times through hard times. I really see you as one if my personal examples to be honest. So HUGE CONGRATULATIONS
