  4. My friends' gone home - I'm on my own now with my quit almost 72 hours I feel very sad my friend left, - always end up in tears when someone stays over - something with attachment? :P I went to the local market to buy cheese and juice. My last money is gone, I off course was tempted to buy a pack but I didn't want to throw away my quit. It's almost 3 days quit. Offically within one hour and a half. But I counted in days so this is my third day - day 2 completed. I feel so obsessed with the cigs. Sometimes I wonder off 'he hadn't thought of a cig in half an hour'. But the nicotine monster is still lurking waiting for its chance to nail me. I'm not giving up .

One of my parts did the hardest first 72 hours of my quit and now I'm back determined to communicate internally NOPE and pick up where she left, the road for me. I'm a bit emotional nothing to do with the quiting but about inner pain I can handle it by crying every once and a while. The Nortilen is still a try out Evelyn

  10. Today will be like jumping in the deep. No more safety net (my friend) and still I say NOPE just for today no smoking or any other nicotine substance This is a new road for me. Feeling like a blind one on a highway actually.....

I am okay this morning got a craving after small cup of coffee- NO COFFEE anymore and physically nicotine is out of my body. That's another reason not to light on up it's ALL OUT I have to keep going and don't act emotional and impulsive when I have a craving.

I feel like grabbing my bike and cycling to the nearest tanktation for cigs. Somehow today seems harder then yersterday. Is that normal when you do it cold turkey? I WILL NOT go to the tankstation, but men I'm having one huge craving all day long. Some encouragement would be cool
  21. My doctors etc know and support me so stop acting like I'm made of sugar melting in the rain :) I understand your concerns but I am fine. But if you guys keep doubting my quit I'll have to leave. As it makes me doubt myself
  22. Did I mention my dad died of lungcancer - everytime I stick a cig in my mouth and light one I am being destructive, letting my dad win. He's was an abusive person, so I won't let him win anymore no more destructive cigs in my hand and lungs
  23. It won't help ANYTHING!!!! And the problem with self injury is a long term project that needs to be solves, I do it supervicioul and twice a month. No doctor needed for that!!! But that takes long therapy to quit. And sometimes rather cut supersvicioul then very deep ... I haven't done it now in two weeks. And it's no one responsibility but my owns. Damn me for naming it in the first place. There's no magic pill that makes my problems go away but quit smoking can improve my life for the better and that influences the rest too, less destructive behaviour.
