  17. I'm on antidepressivant nortrilen now and I feel it helps numbing the tsunami of emotions. It will take another few weeks before it starts feeling me a bit more happy. I'm more stabile right now, thoughts of self harm are fewer I'm no longer drowning in my own life. Just wanted to let you friends know that (This medication is also helpfull for people who wanna quit smoking) my doc didn't knew that when he prescribed me nortrilen but I already knew so I had no objection lol I'm so glad I'm on this med for more then one reason that my life is starting to work out :)
  18. Btw my doc knows I use valerian ATM and supports my quit
  19. I have twice a day Nortrilen anti depressivants which also helps with my quit I take it when I wake up and when the first works out the second around 2 pm but by bedtime I'm wide awake my nortrilen has done its job but I can't fall asleep lol. I only use 2 valerian during the day so coming off goes easy while on nortrilen but when I try to go to bed I'm WIDE AWAKE due withdrawals I'm allowed to take the valerian a while but the dodos at night to fall asleep is way more then during the day.... Least it compensated lol did you guys all slept so horrible ?
  20. I'm up and join you Soozie I will not smoke just for today NOT ONE PUFF
  21. Ow ALMOST blew it. Was at my drunk neighbor and asked for a cig and she said no (luckily) we ended up in a fight. Her telling me not to bother her (while I've been there 3 years while she was ruining her life with alcohol) and that she only looks after herself.... she had one of those bad drunk days. Lukily I didn't get my fix and ended up crying at home, calling a friend... I was furious about my neighbor not taking responsibility and I was upset over how much I'm like my neighbor just avoiding the pain and looking for a fix. It was really a mirror moment. Okay so tears dried and glad I didn't smoke. Learned one thing. I better avoid smoking people the first 1 or two weeks. No need to say my neighbor can kiss her drunk ass. First day she came out of rehab she drank already. #Lesson learned: avoid drunk / smoking people who step on your heart
  22. Glad you got through - late at your post sorry
