One of my parts did the hardest first 72 hours of my quit and now I'm back determined to communicate internally NOPE and pick up where she left, the road for me.

I'm a bit emotional nothing to do with the quiting but about inner pain I can handle it by crying every once and a while.

The Nortilen is still a try out

Good stuff Evelyn, good stuff.

Knowledge is power...so remember....the craves 'could' come thick and fast after the 72 hours while the brain chemistry sorts itself out, all perfectly normal. Folk tend to think after the 72 hours that's it, for some tat can be the start depending on their brain chemistry. So if you know this, it's not a shock, it puts you in a prime position to understand and manage any cravings head on.

If they come....

● accept and vent...this really is key

●once you are vented out you are in a position to use logic, facts and truth in your mind

●distract and reward.

You've got this Evelyn :)

Well done Evelyn, you are doing great x
