  1. Ironman 70.3 Santa Cruz 9/11/2022 1.2 mile swim 56 mile bike 13.1 mile run all along the coast in Santa Cruz CA Looking forward to the training and the race!! Goal will be sub 6 hour finish

  7. Completed LA Triathlon on 10/24 @ 3:28 Good swim and bike and a slow run but a decent finish. I know my weakness and spent the last week working on run only. Monday is the opening for registration to Ironman 70.3 Oceanside hoping to score a slot for the race 4/2/2022

  15. Mile swim- 25 mile bike- 6.2 mile run started my day off. Good times time to drain a beer

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
