  1. @notsmokinjo I couldn't see it either, is it because I said unicorns aren't real one time in 1985 when I was completely sober and didn't know what I was saying?
  2. Glad the pen is working Rose
  3. Rose, you're doing great by posting for help. Deep breaths. ... What I did was used my air cigarette for the first few months of my quit. I just pretended I was holding an actual cigarette and then went through the motions of "smoking" it. It worked great at tricking my mind into thinking I was smoking a real one. You may want to try that?
  4. Should you try it both ways and get back to us?
  5. Do you have to give your name in Texas to buy a lottery ticket?

  7. Do you play lottery tickets?
  8. Good question, Hey recipients, do you buy lottery tickets?

  17. Hi givein, I hope you're feeling better today. Cravings are going to happen unfortunately no matter using NRT or not. The good thing though is that each time we get past one, it gets weaker so next time isn't so hard. You are doing great and should be super proud of yourself
  18. No but I'm told they bring good luck so should I be?
  19. @Ren my never smoker hubby thought I should be over it too after only a couple months. People who don't smoke can't understand. That's why my support forum was/is so important to me

  21. I don't bake, does that matter?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
