  3. @Lilly, it wasn't always positivity for me. My first year was horrible but so was my health. I had to choose between smoking and breathing and like whispers said, I missed it. I'm sure if my health wasn't suffering because of it I wouldn't have quit. DON'T wait until your health suffers. Stay on your awesome quit, I promise it will get better and easier with time...……...

  19. My dad died of esophageal cancer and by the time he was diagnosed it also was too late. He smoked up until the ambulance came to take him for his last ride. At that point why not smoke? He was dying anyway and couldn't swallow to eat. The damage was done...………...

  23. I've never been a big celebrity chaser, my grandpa was a character actor so maybe that's why. Plus we have a lot of celebrities around these parts. I look at it as that's a great job they have, lucky suckers lol
