  10. @Doreensfree, it's like cat lover said. I use my kindle and hold it close then without blinking slowly move it away. The image should start to come into view. It may take a couple tries. I actually had to open the bunny image in another window because I couldn't tell what it was Fun fact: I have a book of these that are postcards and years ago I sent one a week to Wheel of Fortune auditions. And I got picked to go to LA for an audition. Unfortunately I didn't get picked but it was a fun experience

  18. How are you doing MLMR?
  19. Glad you posted MLMR, I had my worst craves when I was happy! I thought it was so strange that I was fine when I was mad or sad but boy give me something to celebrate..... I think it's nicotines last ditch effort to bring you back on, so laugh in its face and keep saying NOPE! Oh and have a cold one to celebrate if you feel secure enough

  22. Jillar here quit Memorial day weekend 2016 I'm a silly wabbit who wants to pay it forward for all the help that was given me in my first year My advice, stay glued to the board and take the one year pledge. For me supporting my fellow quitters really helped keep my mind off my own misery.
  23. I've heard you always cut against the grain
  24. Hey Kenzie, maybe post an SOS BEFORE you're thinking about caving to a crave and give yourself that needed support to get past it. I posted a couple and it worked for me. So today is a new day, throw away any cigarettes you have and start over.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
