  1. Without false modesty, I think that I look stunning with double digits. Thank you for helping with achieving it!!!
  2. I became a candy crush champion ? I had so many smoking thoughts and theories that I was close to creating my own philosophy. No wonder, smoking was accompanying us everywhere. Believe me, time will come when non-smoking is obvious ?
  3. Didn’t have plan. Had extreme luck, though, that first two weeks were relatively easy. In that time I did a lot of reading, discovered qsmb and realized why I hadn’t succeeded before. All the tools and habits appeared after quitting, water, meditation apps, support group, exercise. More luck than common sense ?
  4. -2 (first game I ever play here, woohoo!)
  5. Welcome, Christa! Congratulations on this important step and my condolences on your stepson passing. We will be here when you need to laugh or cry, or discuss anything. There are as many quit experiences as there are members here and together we stand strong.
  6. Congratulations! It's an important milestone and a great achievement!
  7. That's so amazing! You're strong and awesome. Celebrate and enjoy, you deserve it!
  8. Congratulations! I'm so proud and happy for you!
  9. You have all the reasons to celebrate. You are doing great and I'm proud of you!
  10. Gatisone, treat it as a lesson and simply commit not to smoke. Every cigar now and then, every cheat keeps the addiction alive and it's only downhill from there. I've had my part of "just ones" and rationalized cheats, and it simply doesn't work. We are here to support you in your quit, but it needs to be a quit and not a game.
  11. Huge, huge congratulations Shane. Your quit is awesome!
  12. ughhhh, so embarassing. I liked to imagine that smoking makes me mysterious like Greta Garbo. That addition really DOES melt your brain ????

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
