  1. Great News, Sparky! We are here for you. I am terribly sorry for the stress you endured, please remember, you are not alone.
  2. You are NOT a weakling! You’re strong and tough, being able to stand the nastiness of early days. Be proud of yourself, we for sure are proud of you!
  3. I’ve been free for a bit over a year. Recently have been suffering from insomnia and I’m trying to relocate again because I don’t feel well in this job and this country. But I’ve been working a lot on some artistic projects and I keep on discovering new and good things, so not all is bad ?
  4. I am sorry Lilly and I’m proud of you and your strength. Usually day 3 is critical and cravings peak then, most probably it’s related to nicotine leaving the body. With each day it’s goingto be easier. Take care!
  5. Hugs, Linda, I know that holidays isn’t the easiest time and you’ve had tough moments recently. Just be nice to yourself and enjoy what is good.
  6. Congratulations! You’ve successfully completed the hardest month, you’re awesome!
  7. Yeah, it feels weird, smoking used to be always there and suddenly it’s gone. And then all the weird bodily adjustments. But one day not-smoking will become the new normal and your body better than ever. Keep on going, you’re doing great!
  8. 7352 cigarettes from me. Will spend the regained 91 days doing something else.
  9. You are a treasure, Jo! Thank you for all that you do. You deserve all the best and are simply awesome!
  10. Linda, I admire your strength and integrity. You are an amazing person. Congratulations!
  11. Double digits look great on you! Good job!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
