  5. Pitched as The Thornbirds meets Westside Story... this Aussie sitcom was hot in the 90's... totally unbelievable, half the girls in australia though did fall in love with the angst ridden wheelchair bound anti-hero, named of course, Wheels... he was the hottest thing on tell.

Well done on putting in all the effort and hard work to reach your 5 month smoke free aversary. 5 months is a nice strong start for the rest of your smoke free life. Make sure you kick back, relax and do something special to spoil yourself because you deserve it.

Well done one KTQ for 5 whole years despite whatever life has thrown your way. thank you also for staying active on the train and guiding the newbies following behind your. Your support, knowledge and experience is changing peoples lives. So make sure you do something really awesome to spoil yourself and celebrate today because if anyone deserves it you do.

  13. Late NOPE today. So ironically the A-Northies have rocky road day today. I don't mind eating me some rocky road or making some rocky road icecream cupcakes but travellin on one, not so much of a fan. So short and sweet... to living life on a rocky road and giving tobacco or nicotine any part of it I say NOPE Topic of the day: will remain Heroes cos I need to feel good about stuff.

  21. I'm not the best to answer this but I know there are others on here who have lived this or who are quit while their partners aren't. What I can say is that rousing/nagging never helped me want to quit, especially off former smokers, it used to get my back up and make me smoke more just to spite whoever was rousing on me. See told you not helpful at all.... but I am sure there will be someone else about who is much better placed to give advice on this.
