  13. Well yeah it is kinda nice not stressing over what to do for tea each night, but i miss my human hot water bottle at night haha.... the leccy blanket is doing a good job tho ?
  14. I so agree with Doreen, let yourself have what you want at first, if it stops you smoking, then thats just great. I gained erm.....quite a bit ? but its getting under control now................sort of
  15. I like the thought of an actual quit toolbox , a sort of first aid box for quitters... I had one of those it was called a fridge..seriously tho, its a great idea ???
