Try dancing to music...its still moving around...but running around after a little one.is a great way to keep your weight down... I'm should have adopted a toddler for a while......perfect....

Could never hate you my little stewpot !!!!!! You didn't smoke as long as Mr Piggy and me... I too wish I had never took that first puff ,that kept me hooked for 52 years....if someone had said to that 11 hr old..you will still be smoking till your sixty,s... I'm would probally thought they were nuts !!!!!

My senses were well and truly out of whack.. I couldn't believe how fabulous all the different aroma,s were...I still stand there sometimes and just take in that wonderful smell of fresh air.... I thought food tasted good before my quit...who was I kiddin..noooo....it didn't...but it does now...
