We have to learn to do all these things without our crutch...it gets easier with time...I was like a toddler learning things for the first time.. I didn't know how to be a adult with out my !!!friend !!!....life as a adult smoke free is far better...just angry I waited 52 years to find this out.. It will get better ...

It's very important to giive yourself little rewards ...with the money you are saving... At the beginning ..it can be as simple as a magazine...lipstick,....you get the idea.... Your in very early days of quitting...feel proud...you walked out ...and didn't smoke ...that's a high five.!!!!! Have you read about my punching pillow !!!!!...speaks for itself.. I talked to myself ...alot...I feel this way because my body is getting used to being nicotine free... It does get easier...promise ....
