Not having that black cloud hanging over me..the shame cloud...you know the one I mean...!!!!Never had those nasty dreams myself... I can imagine the relief ,when your brain reolizes it was not real......Im sure they will stop soon ...NOPE !!!!.....Not Today !!!Well done Rose...sorry I'm late...gives yourself a massive pat on the back...it truly does get easier....Wanted to share ...going through some of her things today....I came across the full Allen Carr clinic...5 CD,s...I had bought for her..a few years back... It was still in its origal wrapper ...untouched.... She had told me ...it was lost ,and she doesn't know where it went...........it wasn't that hard to find... It was a big reminder...a person has to want to quit...and quit for themselves ..not because someone want you too....Not heard of this sweetie... I lost my quit pounds when my gallstones decided to make a appearance.... I havnt got a sweet tooth . I do eat healthy...put as many fresh colours on my plate... Keep us posted on your progress...1 Morning Peeps !!!!!!We all put hundreds of chemicals in our bodies for decades...our bodies are a little bit confused ,when we first quit...and for a while longer... It takes time to adjust.... We are all different ,and this process will also be different...but eventually the magic happens.... Be patient with yourself...your healing every day...just remind yourself...what your achieving is life changing.... What ever your going through will be temporary....Congratulations...
