There is tons of good stuff to read on the main page...they are pinned with a green squares..watch all joels video,s. Knowledge...this is the way to fight the beast..outsmart it... We have a daily NOPE pledge too...it's a promise to yourself ,you will not smoke that day...the days soon mount up.. Looking forward to getting to know you better...your amongst friends...we are a friendly bunch...who like a laugh along the way...
