All I can add is read all you can on the main board...watch all models videos....knowledge....learn how to fight this deadly enemy... You will find good read on the main page...pinned with green... Joining a forum ...made this quit different to all the fail ones that went before... Having support 24/7...is so much better than doing it alone... I'm have met the most wonderful people here...who will support you every step of the way.. We laugh...quitting doesn't have to be miserable.... We try and help through life's problems ...so your not over whelmed..... What have you got to lose.... Nothing...but it could change your life ,like you couldn't,t imagine...

I m with you..I smoked because it made me older.. cool ect !!!! I'm thinking of education i schools at a very early age about addictions.... Before all those emotions appear.... Not just smoking ...addictions in general...

I don't think raising the age ,will make no difference at all... When I was 11 ..who cared about the age limit..I managed to get a supply from anywhere I could....mostly older kids... Education..bring education into the schools..very early.... Make the little people aware of the dangers .. Hopefully with the knowledge ...they will think twice....of course your still going to have smokers ..no matter what is tried... But alot might stay smoke free..

I agree with anything that helps kick this killer addiction... All roads lead to Rome ect... As long as that's all it is..a step down to quitting.. It's the folks who just swop one addiction for another...I know peeps who never put it down ..its in thier hand constantly...... I do believe...in years to come...we will be told just how bad Vaping really is....

Nope !!!....Not This Day !!!

I can only speak for myself... Vaping was not for me...it still hand to mouth puffing on something.. I needed to change my habit completely...I do believe i would have just gone back to smoking...if I vaped... I have no experience with weed....never used it...my ciggy habit was enough for me...I didn't need to look else where... Took my first puff at 11 yrs...by the time I was 12 ..I was a addict for sure...
