You can do it Matt....were all behind you ...So right ....the important thing ,is saving your life ...from this horrible addiction... Yes ok ...i have a frying pan ...but I've yet to use it .... This board has saved countless of lives....what's more important than yours.... Just jump back on..your seats still here...Aww Sweetheart . All I can do is offer a hug .... Life throws us some crap curve balls for sure ....all I can add is .... Smoking wouldn't have changed a dam thing ...so kudos to you for staying strong ... Coming here and getting it all out is the best thing ...don't bottle up ... Glad you found us ....spent time reading and watching all Joel's videos...he covers just about everything you need to get you in the right track ... Folks who stick around ,post often are the one most likely to succeed... You will get all the support you need here...you can do it ...My boy Ted is a house cat ..I still use flea control Front line....people come in who own animals I learnt early on ,that even pets that never go out can get these suckers...This is one of my favourites....Keep going Matt....your doing great !!!Well done !!!!.....nearly one month ...great achievement..... I needed mine because Tony had that many medical people involved in his life .. It was so frustrating ...now all my friends and family know to call my mobile ...I don't answer my land line ..Aww my poor lungs !!!!!.....I dread to think what they looked like ...after smoking 52 years ... 2 burnt kippers I imagine ...hopefully they have mended some over the years Smoke Free...Me too.....I found if I changed my morning rituals ,it helped...showered before I did anything ..to wake me up,ready to fight the craves ...before I would make coffee and go have a few fagsAn old man goes to a church, and is making a confession: Man: "Father, I am 75 years old.
