Still waiting for my second ....!!!!!Well done for staying strong ....that's a big battle won ....A big decline in smokers , I think this is due to a number of things ....plain packaging ,out of sight ... It's expensive.....Carnt smoke in pubs and restaurants....so that myth about it being a social thing has gone .. Plus smokers have learnt the dangers .... Education.....Hi and Welcome Ray ... Congratulations on the great decision to take your life back .... This place IS the place to be to quit smoking for good .... We have all the tools to get you to Freedom ....but it's still down to you my friend to do the work ...
