A big decline in smokers , I think this is due to a number of things ....plain packaging ,out of sight ... It's expensive.....Carnt smoke in pubs and restaurants....so that myth about it being a social thing has gone .. Plus smokers have learnt the dangers .... Education.....

Being a bitch ,is not in my nature .... Hmmmm..,.well maybe in the Sticks and Chicks 😀5....Err what's going on here ????Your body is healing ...this is all good .....some massive changes going on .... Going for some good fresh air....and take in some real deep breaths ...is also good for the mental health side of quitting.... It's all good ....👍
