After my shower ,I put on a snuggly top ,as it was cold and raining ... My Granddaughter visited,with her Dad later ... She says to me ...Aww nice top Nana....can I have it when you grow out of it ... 70 and 4 ft 11.....she is bigger than me at age 12.....WhahaThe poor Addict....they have to smoke ....It comes first ....If it works for you Katgirl...everybody's journey is different .... All Roads lead to Rome ....getting there in your own way .....great job ..😁7 years on ....and I still get a massive sense of pride for my Quit My reward is my Freedom ....and living a healthier life .... It was hard going sometimes....but the result is so worth it ...😁Congratulations Steven ...A Quarter of the way there .... Don't forget the Reward ...well earned ....
Wow !!!! You have been blessed ...A big family ..... Just think those babes will never know a smoking Nana...... No more hugs and kisses smelling of Tabacco.... I remember how proud I felt knowing that .... Those smoking areas in the airport are so gross...this is also something I remember well too.... Your journeys are much calmer ,not clock watching and waiting for that important smoke ...No time like Now to have a better healthy life .... Why put more Nicotine in ..just to take it out again ... Don't leave it too long ....like I did ....I was facing having my feet amputated... It's not always the lungs that suffer ...🙁How you doing R ???? Have you put the cigs down ???? Have you took your seat on the Train...!!!😁Huge Congratulations..... Your first month done and dusted ....your doing great ... Keep Going ....😁
