Thank you all for the lovely, kind words. Our hearts are still broken...but we know he is in a better place and pain free. It is just that he could still be with us....if he had never smoked. Hopefully, no one will ever say that about any of us reading here...

Lots of people!! Some people slept a lot, some people showered a lot (because you can't smoke in the shower, and you can cry if you need to without upsetting love ones)some people beat up pillows, and others ran. Do whatever it takes to just not smoke. You are doing great!
