I lost my brother, Jim, four years ago today to cigarettes. My other brother,and Jim's daughter, and the love of Jim's life, and I were there to say goodbye. The child in the picture is his grandchild, who will only remember Cappy through stories...as will her little sister. He was 63, and loved life so much. Please, please do not lose years of time with your loved ones to this stupid addiction...

Rowly, glad you threw them out. Please believe that there is not one positive result of smoking, I think you know that. You have got to get it in your mind that smoking hurts no one but you Make up your mind that you will not smoke regardless of what happens...and that there is no such thing as just one... If I remember, you've already had some pretty significant health issues, haven't you?
