  1. Why is it that every kid that has ever had their picture taken with Santa has that 'deer in the headlights' look on their face? What the hell was really going on during those 'Santa visits'? No wonder I'm traumatized
  2. Huge congrats Gus! 2 Months has allowed you to build a fabulous quit foundation and I see in you an unbreakable commitment that will see you through to a life long quit! Keep putting one foot in front of the other and you will reach your destination!

  11. When the peach crop comes in here we buy them fresh and I cut them in half, remove the pit then sprinkle with a mixture of brown sugar & cinnamon then grill them on the BBQ. Remove them from the grill add a dollop of vanilla ice cream and serve immediately. OMG seriously addictive!

  20. This is a HUGE step forward Robbie!!! And guess what? The things you noticed that day will last a lifetime as long as you don't smoke. Sure, there will still be some down days as your quit journey continues but as long as you keep focused on the positives you're seeing after quitting, the more you're going to enjoy them. Each one is a small thing but put together, they will make a huge positive difference in your future

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
