I come here and post a lot it makes me think more about NOT smoking. I know it feels like you are never going to get smoking/not smoking out of your brain and maybe we never do...maybe we never should do. Issues about smoking/not smoking are still in my head but, that's just fine, they now serve to strengthen my quit. Evelyn, I wish you would hang out more. It relieves boredom for sure ! and people need to hear your experience, your wisdoms. You never know who you are going to touch. Love, S

You are doing so well, Evelyn. The 'thoughts' will still come up...but, the more distance you have from smoking the easier it will be to distract yourself. Boredom is a sure trigger, Think of things that will keep you entertained. Sometimes when I am bored, I open an Atlas or a Dictionary or, I clean my house. I like the Atlas the best as I meander along rivers or mountain chains. Give a pet to The Pigs for me, Love, S

Well, actually, MQ, I heard they were already in the studio working on their new project ! You'll never guess MQ....Ava won't guess either ! Alex &Sierra present...... A Tribute to The Artistry of Gordon Lightfoot ! all the good songs will be on it, 'If You Could Read My Mind' Pussywillows, Cat-tails' 'Cotton Jenny' (ooh Jenny will like that !) and they are gonna just ROCK 'For Lovin' Me' (can't you just see them going all gooey looking at eachother over that ? !)
