So here is the happy thread, the exact opposite of the vent thread. What are you happy about today? Me, I am happy I finally colored my roots yesterday and took care of the grays, or rather the whites lol. The color depositing shampoo just wasn't cutting it anymore. I finally got rid of the old broad look and look like myself again :dance4: Oh and I'm happy I don't smoke, of course!

Before spin class, I did the pulley row, chest press and some crunches. No spin class tomorrow due to the holiday, but I plan on being there bright and early to workout out in peace and quiet lol

I love spinach too Tracey! I use half spinach half spring mix for my salad. Sauteed with a bit of olive oil and garlic and then sprinkle with a little shaved romano cheese is delish. Try to sneak it into quesadillas and such, but I always get what is this?! Shoot me, I'm trying to help you eat healthier kiddo...
