  3. Beans are good for you, but I don't like them.
  4. Lat pull down, triceps press, seated pulley row, upright rows, then spin class. I really miss going to spin weekday mornings. One of my instructors has a fitness studio and just ordered bikes and mentioned having a 6:30 pm spin class. Going to have to look into that!

  15. Congrats my cat friend! 9 months is fantastic!
  16. Glad you pushed through it Brittany! You are exactly where you are supposed to be right now. It is supposed hurt a little, else everyone in the world would have quit by now. Rest assured, it doesn't hurt for long. Remember, each crave you ignore makes you a stronger non-smoker. Before you know it, they won't be craves any longer, just thoughts.

  18. Paula, Change is always good, it is how we grow, remember that. Sometimes it seems difficult at first, but in time you'll see you are better for it. You kicked tobacco to the curb and are now free of abuse. It is your time now, to concentrate on the new you. Get to know you and learn to love yourself again.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
