Gym # 1: Lat pull downs, Triceps Extensions, Chest press machine, Shoulder press machine and spin class 45 minutes. Skipping TRX today, am tired. Think I'll do some planks though.

Wed/Thurs off, really tired have been sick. Went to gym #1 tonight for some weights, nothing heavy duty.

Time is moving so slow? :(

For everyday, I like B&BW Cashmere Glow, most of the time I just use the lotion. Unless, I run out, which is all of the time, then I use the spray. For special occasions, I like Clinique's Happy, at the moment. Subject to change :)

Older than yours, Joe. 1996 Toyota Avalon...the thing will not completely die. I have black electrical tape over the check engine light (tried to fix it never found the cause), the past 3 years have had to get complete new sets of tires every year(for some reason the tires keep going bald down to the core), the ride is no longer smooth and the banging noise I just turn the radio up, something under my car is scraping the ground when I go up or down any sort of hill (afraid to look), I cannot lock my car totally, it cannot be unlocked from the outside, but it always starts and gets me to where I am going :) I've had this car for about 5 years, my car before was an '03 Ford Focus, the engine seized on me, no warranty and a car payment to boot:)
