  11. Yikes, here are my 21,740 cigarettes. I can't believe I used to do that shit. Life is so much better without cigarettes.
  12. I remember you from QSMB, Foe. I hate that you relapsed. I hope you see that life as a non-smoker was a lot better for you than your recent life as a smoker. Those cigarettes do nothing positive for you at all. I'm glad you are quitting again. Just like at QSMB, stick close to this site and reach out if you are struggling. It is time for you to put cigarettes behind you forever.
  13. Great stuff, Shane. I just started looking at the pics but so far, they look awesome. Quitting smoking really improves your life in ways you never expected.

Welcome, Ang. Congrats on quitting smoking. Great move taking it one day at a time. Stick around. There is a lot of support and knowledge you can get at this website that can help you stay quit for good.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
