  1. ^^^ You understand it now, @MwBenson all the things you thought were great about smoking are all a big lie. There is nothing good about smoking.
  2. NOPE - smoking sucks!
  3. Great to hear, Mark! Keep up the awesome work!
  4. Great stuff, Baseball coach. Congratulations on 2 years smoke free!
  5. I posted this earlier but I have a friend in his early 40's who never would have smoked a cigarette back in the high school days but is a vaper now and sees nothing wrong with it. These companies are targeting kids but also adults who are naive about nicotine. Big tobacco knows what is doing and it is the same thing they were doing with cigarettes years ago.
  6. Congratulations Zenith!
  7. That's awesome, Jo. Congratulations!
  8. Congratulations Farmgirl! 9 months smoke free is great!
  9. NOPE Happy Friday, everybody!
  10. Happy Birthday, Jo!
  11. Congratulations L4L! I'm really happy for you.
  12. Congratulations GITW! 11 months is huge.
  13. Congratulations Parsley! You are doing great!
  14. NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.
  15. Congratulations Bakon! Thanks for all the great support and entertainment that you provide here.
  16. NOPE, never again.
  17. Have a great trip, Doreen!
  18. NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.
  19. I'm glad you've decided to hang in there, My Life. Nothing is worth lighting up another cigarette over. Remember, smoking will not solve anything, it just makes things a lot worse. Thanks for posting an SOS. These first few weeks can be rough but it is worth fighting through. Things do get a lot better with time.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
