  1. Congratulations John. 9 years smoke free is huge.
  2. I'm sorry to hear about your blood pressure, Kate, but I am glad you are back at quitting smoking. Going smoke free should really help your BP and many other aspects of your health. Stick close and reach out if you need help. Quitting for good would be the best thing you can possibly do at this point.
  3. NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.

  14. NOPE!
  15. Pleasure to meet you too. I ran cross-country and track in high school but picked up smoking at age 19. Eventually I couldn't run like I used to as I started smoking. Quitting will help you get back to living a more healthy lifestyle of running, exercise, etc. There are a lot of long and short term advantages to quitting smoking.
  16. Welcome aboard, Castro. Quitting smoking can be challenging but it is an extremely rewarding lifestyle change that will lead you to living a better life. Keep a positive mindset as you are doing a great thing.
  17. Welcome to QT, Ferimeth. It is great to have you here. Congrats on 12 days smoke free.
  18. NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.
  19. Welcome to QuitTrain, Vice. Congratulations on 72 days smoke free. Stick around, the support and knowledge you will gain here can really help you stay quit for good. And yes, like Reci and Lilly, I am thinking of Gordon Gekko (Michael Douglas) from Wall Street. That is a stressful job for sure. I'm glad you are committed to keeping the quit. It is good to have you here.
  20. NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
