  6. Our Doreen has started Yoga recently... she might be able to help. And I think that NayNay does some meditation sometimes too, so maybe she will be able to offer some insight. Otherwise, I imagine that Marti is a good person to talk to ;)

Lol, you guys crack me up ;)
  12. Sleep... Lots and lots if sleep! (OK I was sick, but because I was asleep 90% of the time I didn't have much time to crave)... After about a week I downloaded an app which told me how my health would improve, how much money I was saving etc... Sorry this is much help to most, but starting a quit when you are sick can really work!
  13. Congratulations on the first week - really excited about this!! I will add you to the calendar ;) About the sleep - yep, my sleeps was crazy for a few weeks at the beginning - I can't remember at waft point it got better, but we are talking weeks, rather than months. And now? My sleep is the best it's ever been - I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling refreshed every morning... If someone had told me quitting smoking would do this, I would have not believed it!

You can do it! Now, get an avatar, get a ticker, participate with us, and jump on board and tell yourself that you can do this :)
