  5. Yes it’s a stick creature. You don’t see them that often as they live in the tops of the gum tree in the front yard. Even though this is an old pic I was reminded of them because they were in a branch that was brought down in the recient cyclone. Don’t worry I noticed them and placed them back on the trunk

  12. Thanks everyone. I did listen to some of Joel's videos last time too but not all. There was so much information and tbh I got a bit overwhelmed by everything. It wasn't easy for me to understand everything either. But I'm a bit older now and I know a lot more. I hope that will make it easier this time

  14. Welcome back Quitting is easy I've done it loads of times over 30 years but staying quit is the hard bit. it's a lot easier to quit when your young and better to do it before you have done irreparable damage to yourself. Quit while u can Good luck.

  15. Hi @susie14 I'm glad you're back here regularly and focused on quitting again. You never have to be shy or embarrassed about speaking up or sharing information with all of us here about how you're trying to quit or how you're feeling about your quit. No one here will ever judge you because we have all been right where you are now. Struggling in the early days of our own quit attempts. We also understand there are many different approcahes to quitting and it's not a one size fits all kind of thing. We're all just here to help where we can, share information you may find helpful and at the very least, we're here for moral support. It's an important time when we decide to take on such a challenge and we have all benefited from the information & support that is available on this site so by all means ... dive right in and feel at home as part of our QUIT Family We're allways here to support so don't hesitate to reach out when you need to.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
